Insurance
Standard Cover (Included in Base Rate)
Includes statutory Third-Party Cover & CDW. Requires a €1,500 deposit charged to your card at or before pickup (€500 third-party excess + €1,000 for vehicle damage, fines, or fuel). Provided the vehicle is returned damage-free with no outstanding fines or fuel discrepancies, the deposit will be fully refunded to your card within 15–30 working days after return.
Super CDW Upgrade (Recommended)
Upgrade for a small daily fee! Lowers your excess to a maximum of €500 for both parties with NO upfront deposit charged. We simply pre-authorize a valid credit card at pickup (no funds deducted), which is cancelled within 15–30 working days after return provided the vehicle is brought back damage-free.
Flexible Pickup & Return
Free pickups and returns are available at our main Paphos office during standard working hours. Out-of-hours office pickups and returns incur a small surcharge. We also offer custom location delivery and collection within 10km of our main office—simply schedule this service when booking to view exact fees and availability.
No Hidden Fees
We guarantee complete pricing transparency—your full rental price, chosen extras, Super CDW option, and any delivery or out-of-hours fees are calculated and clearly displayed prior to completing your booking with zero hidden charges. Following payment, you must complete your security deposit payment (for Standard Cover) or authorize your card (for Super CDW) before or at the time of vehicle pickup.
Please note: If security requirements are not fulfilled at or before pickup and your booking has not been cancelled via the Drivers Portal or by contacting our office during working hours at least 48 hours prior to the rental start time, the reservation is non-refundable.
