Flexible Pickup & Return
Free pickups and returns are available at our main Paphos office during standard working hours. Out-of-hours office pickups and returns incur a small surcharge. We also offer custom location delivery and collection within 10km of our main office—simply schedule this service when booking to view exact fees and availability.
100% Transparent Pricing — Premium Insurance Included & Zero Deposit
We guarantee complete pricing transparency with zero hidden charges. Your rental price includes our Premium Full Insurance Cover at no extra cost, alongside optional Super CDW. We hold no security deposit by cash or card. Following payment, you will receive a link to pre-authorize your credit or debit card—no funds will be deducted. This pre-authorization simply covers the €500 excess in the event of new damage, traffic violations, or fuel discrepancies, and is automatically deactivated within 15 to 30 working days after your rental ends.
Please note: If security requirements are not fulfilled at or before pickup and your booking has not been cancelled via the Drivers Portal or by contacting our office during working hours at least 48 hours prior to the rental start time, the reservation is non-refundable.
